AWS Basic Support provides the following technical support options:
- AWS Documentation
- AWS Prescriptive Guidance
- AWS re:Post
- Account and billing support
- Service quota increase requests
Premium support plans
To receive personalized technical support, subscribe to one of these plans:
You must have a premium support plan to open a support case. To create a support case, take one of the following actions based on your AWS Region:
- If your Region is US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), or Europe (Ireland), then see Create a support interaction.
- For all other Regions, see Legacy experience: Creating support cases and case management.
