How to get AWS technical support?

0

I can't log in because "An AWS account with that sign-in information does not exist. Try again or create a new account.". I can't create a new account because "The email specified is already associated with an AWS account". I mean AWS Console(web gui aws console). By the way, can I have my own account (without a company or legal entity)? I'm starting to doubt it.

Hi,

If your AWS account has been closed for more than 90 days, then your sign in information no longer exists. If this is the case, and you'd like to use AWS services, create a new AWS account with a different email address than the email address that's associated with your closed AWS account.

Regarding your question about having your own account without a company or legal entity - yes, you absolutely can. AWS allows individuals to create and manage their own personal accounts. You don't need to be associated with a company or legal entity to use AWS services.

If you continue to face issues, don't hesitate to contact our Account Support team.

    1. I receive a message that the email is already in use when I try to create an account.
    2. I can't access the page with this option.
    3. That's the question. How do I write to technical support?
    4. How do I find the "issue type"? Actually, AWS Support Center is only available if you were able to log in, right?
    5. No, I remember my account well. How do I write to aws support?

We understand the urgency of this,

As you are unable to login, the best way to contact our internal teams using the form linked in the above answer. They have the right tools and visibility to resolve this with you.

I also recommend reaching out to our MFA team, using this form.

What is suggested above does not work because I do not see what is said there. By the way, the automatically generated message that I commented on disappeared.

I filled out the form at your link, thank you.

"After carefully reviewing your multi-factor authentication (MFA) support request, we determined that we canโ€™t complete the MFA removal at this time. Weโ€™re sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause." - I don't know what they mean and how it relates to my problem. It's still unclear what happened to my account, why I can't login and how to fix it.

AWS Support Randi's comment and link helped me. https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/one-support?formId=mfa

The point is that the account was blocked and the mail too for some reasons related to security. And I will have to make a new mail and a new account. Of course, they won't write this to you on the login/singin/password_ recovery pages. By the way, this same email is used in the build account, using which I canโ€™t log into rePost. Is this related to the fact that the same email is used there? Iโ€™ll try to find out using that form.

Important point. I wouldn't have been able to ask this if I didn't have a working account.
