Batman Forever is a 1995 American superhero movie directed by Joel Schumacher and based on the DC Comics character Batman. It stars Val Kilmer as Batman. Tommy Lee Jones, Jim Carrey and Nicole Kidman also act. This was released June 16, 1995 across the United States. The movie is 121 minutes long. It is rated PG-13. It has a $100 million, and grossed over $336.6 million at the box office.[1] It got mixed reviews from the critics. Originally intended as a sequel to Batman Returns with Michael Keaton and Michelle Pfeiffer reprising their roles and Tim Burton supposed to come back to direct, the movie was instead turned into a reboot and is the first installment of Joel Schumacher's Batman duology. Despite this Michael Gougg and Chris played Alfred and Commisary Gordon again.
