See AllAir Transat: What Is Your Favorite Long-Haul Route Offered By This Leisure Carrier?
Based in Montreal, Air Transat is an iconic leisure-focused carrier that operates many short-haul and long-haul international routes across North America, South America, and Europe. The airline focuses most international flights from Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto Pearson. According to ch-aviation, the fleet at Air Transat is made up of more than 40 aircraft, including the A321-200, A321LR, A330-200 and A330-300. The airline also has an order for four A321XLR with deliveries expected to commence from 2027. This February, Air Transat commenced its newest long-haul route, connecting Toronto and Montreal with Rio de Janeiro with multiple weekly flights. This got me thinking, what is your favorite long-haul route offered by Air Transat? For me, it would have to be Montreal to Prague. I flew this back in 2018 during a round-the-world trip I was doing. However, if I had the chance to fly them again this year it would have to be the carriers new service to Brazil. Where would you go?
What Is Your Favorite International Route Operated By Hawaiian Airlines?
Hawaiian Airlines is the largest and busiest airline at Honolulu Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). While its recent acquisition by Alaska Air Group has ruffled some feathers, this hasn't stopped the airline being the pride of the Island state. In recent years, new aircraft deliveries have enabled the carrier to expand its international operations. With the Airbus A330 having been the backbone for its operations, the introduction of the Boeing 787 and Airbus A321neo has enabled the carrier to expand its reach. This got me thinking, what is your favorite international route offered by HA? Mine would have to be Honolulu to Rarotonga. This service is offered with the carrier's A321neo narrowbody, and is operated just once a week. The flight takes around six hours gate to gate, and the plane rests on the apron overnight in RAR, to enable the same crew to rest, and operate the return journey home.
How Many International Airports In The South Pacific Can You Name?
Traveling to the South Pacific is on many people's bucket lists. Fortunately for those who live in Australia and New Zealand, we are treated to a number of non-stop flights from major centres. Fiji Airways and Air New Zealand operate the majority of all international flights in the region, with Auckland International Airport (AKL) and Nadi International Airport (NAN) the perfect gateway for your next trip to the region. Keep in mind, the South Pacific region is that of those located south of the equator, and between Australia, Hawaii, and South America. My favorite airport in the region would have to be Rarotonga International Airport (RAR) - It has the smallest Air New Zealand International Lounge I have ever seen! And its runway proximity to the beach and a road - make it the perfect spot for planespotting for arriving and departing flights. What is your favorite airport in the South Pacific? And how many international airports can you name?
What Is Your Favorite Los Angeles Airport?
Greater Los Angeles is the second-largest urban region in the United States, and is home to around 12 million people. The region is served by six airports that provide commercial air services and is a major port for cargo operations. The six airports serving Los Angeles are: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - The largest airport in the region, and one of the busiest in the world for international flights. John Wayne Airport (SNA) - located in Santa Ana, and serving Orange County. It's a popular gateway for the nearby Disneyland Resort. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) - One of the smaller airports in the region, handling domestic flights. It's the closest to the central and northeastern parts of Los Angeles. Ontario International Airport (ONT) - Located in San Bernardino County, it is a convenient option for those in the cities east and has several domestic and international flights on offer, including to Taipei. Long Beach Airport (LGB) - Located in the South of Los Angel
What's Your Favorite Thing About American Airlines?
In the United States, there are three legacy carriers that dominate the long-haul international market,:American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. While there are several other airlines, such as Frontier, Southwest, JetBlue and Spirit which also operate a robust network, it's hard to match the scale of AA, DL, and UA. American Airlines is headquarteded in Fort Worth, Texas, and is a founding member of the oneworld alliance. The carrier's largest hub is at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and maintains secondary hubs at Charlotte, Chicago–O'Hare, Los Angeles, Miami, New York–JFK, New York–LaGuardia, Philadelphia, Phoenix–Sky Harbor and Washington–National. Have you traveled with American Airlines before? And if so, what is your favourite thing about flying this airline?
Who Is Your Favorite Operator Of The Airbus A330?
The Airbus A330 remains a popular choice for airlines looking for a multi-purpose, widebody dual-isle aircraft. Most A330s have a range between 4,000 and 7,250 nautical miles (7,400 and 13,430 kilometers). The first variant of the A330, the A330-300 took its first commercial flight back in January 1994 for Air Inter, and has since expanded and remains in operations with many airlines around the world. This got me thinking, who is your favorite operator of the Airbus A330 (former or current)? I've listed a couple of my picks below: - Aer Lingus - Delta Air Lines - Aeroflot - Air Caraïbes - Qantas - AirBerlin - Air Greenland - AirCalin
