Core services

Three ways I turn Magento into something fast, stable and easy to maintain

Defined, fixed-scope services - not open-ended “consulting”. Start with the problem that’s costing you the most.

// 01

Magento Audit

For stores that load slowly, have problems no one can solve, break after code changes, or don’t want to risk a complex upgrade. I diagnose the real bottlenecks and tell you - plainly - what to fix and in what order.

  • Performance & Core Web Vitals
  • Code quality & architecture
  • Inventory & justification of extra modules
  • Security & upgrade readiness

AI Training for Magento Teams

For teams that want AI to genuinely speed up shipping new features and simplify the system - not bury the code under extra layers of complexity. The right tools and skills, a proven workflow, and rules that keep code quality in check.

  • Curated tooling
  • The right skills and agents
  • Workflow from ticket to PR
  • Code quality control

Project Delivery

For companies with an in-house team that struggles to deliver and maintain the store using best practices. I set up the process end to end: analysis, estimation, code review, testing and automated CI/CD to stage and production.

  • Analysis & estimation
  • Correct implementation
  • Code review & tests

Why work with me

An expert who has seen and fixed (almost) every kind of Magento mess

Official certification

Adobe Commerce Certified Expert. Experience leading 15+ person project teams. End-to-end delivery and maintenance of a dozen-plus stores worldwide.

KISS by default

I rely on native Magento and proven patterns as much as possible. Custom only where it genuinely pays off - so the store stays easy to maintain.

Enterprise integrations

ERP, PIM, CRM, WMS - designing Magento integrations with external systems, with scalability and security as standard.

Performance matters

Monolith, headless, indexers, cache, database. Performance is my obsession - measure first, then find and remove the bottlenecks, then compare in numbers.

FAQ

Working with a Magento expert

Magento (now Adobe Commerce) is an open, highly extensible e-commerce platform for mid-size and large stores and for B2B selling. It fits where complex catalogs, integrations with back-office systems and full control over the store matter - unlike closed SaaS platforms. It comes in a free edition (Open Source) and a commercial one (Adobe Commerce).
Magento Open Source is free and self-hosted, while Adobe Commerce is the paid edition (annual licence) that adds a ready B2B suite, AI features, a staging environment and SLA support. For smaller catalogs without B2B, Open Source is usually enough; Adobe Commerce pays off when you genuinely use its extra features. Both receive regular security patches, and I work with either.
A Magento expert is a senior who advises on and owns architecture, performance, security and integrations - not just writes code. In practice that means diagnosing problems, laying out a remediation plan, leading or training the team, and making sure the store stays fast and easy to maintain. It’s a strategic-technical role, not a single programming task.
It’s an official certificate issued by Adobe, confirming expert-level knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento). For you it’s a concrete signal that you’re working with someone validated by the platform’s vendor, not someone learning on your project. I hold this certification and have 12+ years of hands-on experience across every Magento version.
With an independent expert you work directly with a senior: lower overhead, more flexibility, and no swap to juniors after you sign. An agency makes sense for very large, multi-person builds that need several roles at once. For audits, advisory, integrations and process work, an independent expert is usually faster and cheaper per result delivered.
Market rates vary widely - from freelancers through seniors and architects to agencies. What matters more than the hourly rate is how many hours a task takes: an experienced expert often solves in a few hours what a cheaper team spends days on. My audits and services have fixed, upfront prices - you’ll find the full ranges in the pricing on this site.
Look for certification (e.g. Adobe Commerce Certified Expert), a real portfolio, architectural thinking and clear, jargon-free communication. Red flags are "we’ll fix everything" promises without analysis, no questions about your context, and quotes given without understanding scope. A good specialist diagnoses first, then proposes - and can tell you what’s not worth doing.
Yes - Magento handles B2B very well: company accounts, shared catalogs, negotiated prices and quotes (a native B2B suite in Adobe Commerce). I support every version: Open Source, Adobe Commerce (Enterprise) and B2B, Magento 1 and 2, as well as the open-source Mage-OS fork.
The key signs are: pages loading slower than ~2.5 s, simple changes taking days, a constant "it can’t be done" from the team without analysis, an old unsupported Magento version, or no way to verify an agency’s work. If you recognize even one of these in your Magento, an audit turns guesswork into hard data and a prioritized plan. It’s the cheapest way to learn what’s really going on in your store.
I operate from Dubai (UAE) and work fully remotely with e-commerce businesses and agencies worldwide, in English and Polish. The whole engagement - audits, integrations, training - runs remotely, combining async work with scheduled calls. Your location is no obstacle to me.
Yes - I’m based in Dubai and serve clients across the UAE and the wider Gulf (GCC), as well as globally. I understand the realities of regional e-commerce and B2B. I operate under a Sole Professional Licence (Dubai) and invoice internationally.
Yes - I work remotely for clients in Europe and around the world, regardless of my base in Dubai. I bill under a Sole Professional Licence and issue international invoices. Geography is no barrier - what matters is availability and the way of working.
We start with a free 30-minute consultation (usually within a few days of contact), where you tell me what hurts and I tell you whether and how I can help. Then we agree the scope and get going - audits typically start within a week of settling the details. Booking a call takes a moment via the calendar on this site.
