- All membership is moderated, and you must be approved before you can start posting. You have 72 hours (3 days) to fill out an introduction post after receiving your "Membership Confirmation" or you will be removed.
- This community is for people who are trying to achieve a weight loss goal or maintain their weight by making healthy choices.
- You will be rejected if you are a member of any pro-ED communities. Sorry! We are about healthy weight loss here, and that is not healthy.
- When filling out the introduction, the subject of your entry should be "INTRODUCTION" and you should change the LJ cut text to "I'm not a skinny bitch!" to show us that you read the rules.
- You must participate and be active in the community. This means posting at least twice a month, unless you are on hiatus. If you do not remain active, you will be removed. This community encourages participation and encouragement from all members.
- Members may go on hiatus if they will not be posting for a while but would like to remain an active member. However; members will only be allowed to be on hiatus for a maximum of TWO MONTHS. If a member needs to be on hiatus longer than that and knows how long it will be, a moderator may approve a longer hiatus - otherwise, a member taking a hiatus longer than two months will be removed from the community.
- Anyone who is rude to another member of the group will be removed; this is a place for love & support, not criticism!
- Any member that is removed for any reason may re-apply to the community at a later date - we understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you don't have enough time for livejournal!
