Share your appointment schedule

When you create a booking page, you can share a link on your website or through online communications that link to:

• Your appointment booking page
• All booking pages on your primary calendar

Your booking page is always public. Anyone with the link can view your:

• Booking page
• Profile photo
• Account name

Tip: To find schedules on secondary calendars, you need to turn on the calendar in the calendar list. This helps you access the schedule in your calendar and doesn’t affect the visibility of the booking page.

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
2. On the left, under "Booking pages," hover over the booking page you want to share.
3. Click Copy link 👁 Attach
   .

2. Under "Booking pages," hover over a booking page.
3. Click Options 👁 Image
   👁 and then
   Sharing options 👁 and then
   Website embed.
4. Select an option:
   • To share a link for all services on your calendar: Click All booking pages.
   • To share a link for a specific service on your calendar: Click A single booking page.
5. Click Button with popup.
   • Under "Button text," type what you want your button to display.
   • Edit the color of the button.
6. Click Copy code 👁 and then
   Done.
7. Paste the code into your website’s HTML.

   👁 and then
   Sharing options 👁 and then
   Website embed.
4. Select an option:
   • To share a link for all services on your calendar: Click All booking pages.
   • To share a link for a specific service on your calendar: Click A single booking page.
5. Click Inline booking page.
   • Optional: In the embed code, you can edit the width and height of your booking page.
6. Click Copy code 👁 and then
   Done.
7. Paste the code into your website’s HTML.
