Cancel appointments on your calendar

When you need to make changes to your availability, you can cancel appointments on your calendar. If you no longer wish to use an existing appointment schedule, you can delete it.

Cancel a booked appointment

Important: When you cancel a booked appointment:

• The appointment is removed from your calendar.
• A cancellation email is sent to the person who booked the appointment.
• The canceled appointment time appears available on your booking page.

1. Open your appointment confirmation email.
2. Tap Cancel appointment.
3. On the new page, tap Cancel your appointment 👁 and then
   Close.
