Update Google Chrome
To make sure you're protected by the latest security updates, Google Chrome can automatically update when a new version of the browser is available on your device. Before you update, check if Chrome supports your operating system and youβve met all the other system requirements.
Get a Chrome update when available
You can use Chrome with:
- Android 10 and up
- All languages supported by the Play Store
Chrome should automatically update based upon your Play Store settings. You can check if there's a new version available:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app π Google Play
. - At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & device.
- Under "Updates available," find Chrome π Chrome
. - Next to Chrome, tap Update.
Tip: To find more info about Google Chrome:
- On your Android device, open Chrome π Chrome
. - At the top right, tap More π More
π and then
Settings π and then
About Chrome.
Download the beta version of Chrome, then join our community and let us know how well it works for you.
Note: If you are downloading Chrome Beta, it wonβt replace your usual version of Chrome.
