Install and use add-ons (English only)
You can use add-ons to do more with Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms. Add-ons arenโt available on Google Slides. To use add-ons with Google Forms, youโll have to use a computer.
- Open a document or spreadsheet in the Google Docs or Sheets app.
- Tap More ๐ More
. - Tap Add-ons. Your current add-ons will be listed.
- Tap Get add-ons. A list of apps that work as add-ons will open in the Google Play Store app ๐ Play Store
. - Tap the add-on you want to install.
- Tap Install.
- For most add-ons, a message will appear requesting access to specific data that the add-on needs to work. Read the message, then tap Allow.
- After you install the app, youโll need to re-open the Google Docs or Sheets app to use the add-on.
You can turn add-ons on and off at any time. To remove an add-on from all your files, uninstall it.

add-ons. - To turn an add-on on or off, tap the switch next to it.
- Open a document or spreadsheet in the Google Docs or Sheets app.

. - Tap Add-ons.
- Tap the add-on you want to use. The app will open.
