You can use Google Forms to create online surveys, quizzes, and forms, send them to others to fill out and then analyze their responses in real time.

To edit forms and analyze responses with others, you can share your form with collaborators.

Create a new Google Form

Step 1: Create a new form or quiz

  1. Go to forms.google.com.
  2. Click Blank form πŸ‘ Plus
    .
  3. Name your untitled form.

When you create a form in Google Sheets, the responses will be saved in a new sheet. Learn more about where you can save responses.

  1. On a computer, open a spreadsheet at sheets.google.com.
  2. Click Tools πŸ‘ and then
    Create a new form πŸ‘ Image
    .
  3. A new sheet will appear in your spreadsheet, and your form will open.

When you create a Google Form, it’s saved in Google Drive. To create a form directly from Google Drive:

  1. On a computer, go to drive.google.com.
  2. In the top left, click New πŸ‘ and then
    Google Forms.

Step 2: Edit and format a form or quiz

When you are ready, you can publish and send your form to others to collect their responses.
