Learn to navigate Gemini in Google Drive
When using Drive on the web, Gemini opens in a full-screen, immersive workspace.
- On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
- At the top right, click Ask Gemini 👁 Image
. - Use the full screen interface to conduct your research:
- Prompt box: At the bottom, type your request.
- Menu: At the top left, access your Conversation history, Gems, and saved Projects.
- Sources Panel: On the left side, manage explicit file sources and toggle broad search settings for other Google Workspace apps.

- On your computer, at the bottom right of the generated text, click Good suggestion 👁 Image
