Activate a Google Home Premium or Google Health Premium subscription with Google One

Important:

• If you’re already subscribed to the Standard plan of Google Home Premium, you must apply the entitlement from Google One to the same Home structure with your existing subscription. This automatically cancels and refunds your existing Google Home Premium subscription.
• If you’re already subscribed to the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you’ll get the Standard plan of Google Home Premium included with Google One. You must apply the entitlement to the same Home structure with your existing membership. This automatically cancels and refunds your existing Google Home Premium membership.
  • To get the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you must purchase it as an add-on. To avoid any loss of camera history and Home Premium Advanced plan functionality, purchase the Home Premium Advanced add on from Google One before you start the replacement flow in the Google Home app.

• When you cancel a Google Home Premium subscription, you'll lose your sound detection clips and any video you haven't saved. Before you cancel, learn how to save important clips.

1. On your Android device, open the Google Home app 👁 Image

2. From the Home view, tap Settings 👁 Settings
   .
3. Under "Google One bundle," tap Google Home Premium with Google AI Pro.
4. Tap the button to subscribe.
5. Under "Google AI Pro" or "Google AI Pro + Google Home Premium Advanced Add-on," tap Get offer or Get offer with add-on.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app 👁 Google One

2. At the bottom, tap Benefits.
3. Find your Google Home Premium benefit card.
4. Tap Explore plan.
5. To set up Google Home Premium for your home, follow the on-screen prompts.
   • If needed, follow prompts to migrate your existing Google Home Premium account to Google.

2. To make sure that you're signed in with the account you want to use to subscribe to Google Home Premium, at the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial.
3. From the Home view, tap Settings 👁 Settings

4. Under "Features," tap Google Home Premium 👁 and then
   Apply.

You can add the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium to your Google One membership at any time.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app 👁 Google One

2. Tap Menu 👁 Menu
   👁 and then
   Settings 👁 Settings
   .
3. Tap Membership plan.
4. Under "Current plan," tap Get add-on.
5. Under "Add-on," next to "Google Home Premium Advanced," tap Add 👁 Image

6. Tap Go to checkout 👁 and then
    Subscribe.

Important:

• If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription through Google Play with the Google Account linked to your Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership:
  • Your Google Health Premium subscription will be automatically canceled.
  • The remaining time on subscription will be refunded.
• If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Store:
  • To cancel your subscription and get a refund, check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to contact Google Health Support.

  • To activate a new subscription with Google One, follow instructions below.
• If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription and use a Google Health Account:
  • You must migrate your Google Health account to your Google Account that’s linked to your Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership. This will automatically cancel your previous subscription.
  • To activate a new subscription with Google One, follow instructions below.
  • To get a refund for the remaining time on your subscription, contact Google Health support.
• If your existing Google Health Premium subscription is canceled, you may not retain your data history.
  • Your Google Health data history is tied to your Google Health account. If you change your Google Health account to the same account as your Google One subscription, data history will not transfer over.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app 👁 Google One

2. At the bottom, tap Benefits.
3. Find the Google Health benefit card.
4. Tap Go to Google Health.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Tip: If you’re already a Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra member, you may also get a notification in the Google Health app to activate your Google Health Premium subscription.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Health app.
2. At the bottom, tap the Today tab 👁 Image
   👁 and then
   tap Profile Picture.
3. Tap Google Health settings.
4. Under “Your account,” tap Google Health Premium.
5. Under “Membership plan,” tap Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra. This will open the Google One settings in the browser.
6. Tap Cancel plan 👁 and then
   Cancel 👁 and then
   Cancel membership.

You can purchase Google One plans and learn more about the benefit directly in the Google Home app. To get the benefit, redeem the offer first. After redemption, your plan switches automatically.

• Migrate your Google Home account to the Google Account you used to subscribe to Google One.
• Activate your Google Home Premium through Google One.
• Optional: Select the add-on for Google Home Premium Advanced through Google One.

These plans aren’t included and no changes will be made.

Important: This isn’t applicable for Google AI Ultra as it already includes access to the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium.

If you subscribe to Google AI Pro or higher plans, you get access to the Standard plan of Google Home Premium. To enjoy the Advanced plan of Google Home Premium, you can purchase it as an add-on through the Google One app.

We can’t automatically cancel the subscription. You’ll get an email with your options on how to activate your subscription. To cancel your subscription and get a refund for the remaining time on the subscription, contact Google Health support.

• To keep your benefits, activate your new subscription through Google One.

• Migrate your Google Health Premium subscription to the Google Account you used to subscribe to Google One.
