Each product has its own AI usage limits. Your usage limits depend on which features you are using and your Google AI plan. If you reach your plan’s limit, Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra members can purchase AI credits to get extra usage in Google Flow and Google Antigravity.

To get a Google AI Ultra membership, sign in with a personal Google Account. If you don’t have one, you can create an account. Learn how to create a Google Account.

- To review the benefits, go to "Google AI Ultra."
- Tap Get offer.
- To confirm, tap Agree.
- Select your payment method.
- Tap Subscribe.
Switch to a Google AI Ultra membership
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app 👁 Google One
. - At the top, tap Menu 👁 Image
👁 and then
Settings 👁 Settings
. - Tap Change membership plan.
- To review the benefits, go to "Google AI Ultra."
- Tap Get offer.
- To confirm, tap Agree.
- Select your payment method.
- Tap Subscribe.
Change your plan
If you signed up via the Play Store:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app 👁 Google One
. - At the top, tap Menu 👁 Image

Settings 👁 Settings
. - Tap Change membership plan.
- Choose your new plan.
- To upgrade: Select a plan under "Upgrade options."
- To downgrade: Select a plan under "Downgrade options."
- If there's no downgrade option, you're on the lowest plan.
- To confirm the new plan price, tap Agree.
- Select your payment method.
- Tap Subscribe.
- On your Android phone, open Gemini 👁 Image
. - At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial 👁 and then
Manage subscriptions.- This opens Google One settings, where you can select a different plan.
- Under “Change membership plan,” select a plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Cancel your plan
In the Gemini web app
- Go to gemini.google.com.
- At the top, tap Menu 👁 Image
👁 and then
Settings 👁 Settings

Manage subscription.- This opens Google One settings, where you can cancel your plan.
- Tap Cancel membership 👁 and then
Cancel.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open Gemini 👁 Image
. - At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial 👁 and then
Manage subscription.- This opens Google One settings, where you can cancel your membership.
- Under “Cancel plan,” tap Cancel membership.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
When your plan ends, you’ll no longer have access to:
- Gemini in AI Ultra. You won’t be able to:
- Start new chats with Gemini in AI Ultra
- Continue chats created with Gemini in AI Ultra
- Use features that are only available with Gemini in AI Ultra
- These benefits from Google One:
- Expanded storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos
- Exclusive member benefits
- Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and more
Troubleshoot issues with Google AI Ultra
- If you purchased your membership through the Apple Store:
- You need to cancel your current Google One membership.
- After cancellation, you can sign up for a Google AI Ultra membership.
- The purchase of Google AI Ultra membership through third-party integrated billing providers isn't available yet.
