Print Gmail messages

Important: To print from your phone or tablet, add a printer that can get data by Wi-Fi or mobile network. Learn how to set up printing on Android.

Print a single email

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app 👁 Image
   .
2. Open the email you want to print.
3. At the top right of the email, tap More 👁 Image
   👁 and then
   Print.

Print an email with replies

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print all those emails together.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app 👁 Image
   .
2. Open the conversation you want to print.
3. At the top right, click tap More 👁 Image
   👁 and then
   Print all.

Can't print email or attachments

The sender might've turned on confidential mode to send the email, which prevents printing message text and attachments.
