Set your custom passcode

You can set a custom passcode for access to parental controls and settings in the YouTube Kids app: 

1. Tap Settings 👁 Image
   in the corner of your screen.
2. Complete the multiplication problem.
3. Tap Create passcode.
4. Enter a 4-digit passcode of your choice.
5. When prompted, confirm your passcode.

Change or delete your custom passcode

1. Tap Settings 👁 Image
   in the corner of your screen.
2. Complete the multiplication problem or enter your custom passcode.
3. Tap Change passcode to set a new one, or tap Delete passcode to remove your custom passcode.

Forgot your passcode?

If you forget your passcode, you can reset it by uninstalling and reinstalling the YouTube Kids app. Keep in mind that you’ll lose existing recommended videos when you uninstall the app.
