At the end of January, 2020 the Aeris Communications company specializing in solutions for IoT integrated with Volkswagen Group of America to create joint venture for development of the IT platform for vehicles. The new company received the name of Ventic LLC.
The joint venture which 51% possess Volkswagen and 49% of Aeris was engaged in development of technologies for the Volkswagen cars in North America.
