Aero Raid

Aero Raid is an Autobot Cyberjet from the Japanese Generation 2 portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Autobot Cyberjet known as Aero Raid (エをロレード Earo RΔ“do) was once a member of the Decepticon Cyberjet team. However, centuries of war began to change his opinion on right and wrong, so along with fellow Cyberjets Jetfire and Strafe, he switched sides. This betrayal of the Decepticon faction has earned him the undying scorn of the remaining Decepticon Cyberjets.

Aero Raid excels at fitting into impossibly small places and finding obscure, secret passages (or simply making them, himself). So, naturally, infiltration is his strong-suit, though he's known to come in handy for search and rescue operations (just make sure to thank him properly when he finds you).

Aero Raid was once a member of the Decepticon Cyberjets. However, years of fighting began to wear on him and alter his views about the war. He eventually switched sides to the Autobots, along with Jetfire and Strafe. Unfortunately, three Decepticon Cyberjets chose to stay behind. Viewing him as a traitor, they swore vengeance. G-2 Part 4

While infiltrating a Decepticon base, Road Rocket was spotted by Road Pig and his troops. Road Pig cornered Road Rocket in a dead end hallway with the Autobot greatly out-numbered. Suddenly, Aero Raid burst out of a vent shaft, offering back-up to his comrade. Road Rocket, being the stoic that he is, was less than grateful. G-2 #14

Right there, under Shouki's armpit. Next to Rapido. What? Yes, of course this is worth mentioning. Why do you ask?

Aero Raid was part of the crowd at one of Prowl's many longwinded speeches that didn't go down too well with the recently-liberated Cybertronian populace. Skyfire

These white missiles are a real pain to photograph against a white backdrop, you know.

Takara's G-2 Cyberjet Aero Raid is identical to the Hasbro Genration 2 Cyberjet Air Raid, being a redeco of Skyjack, transforming into an F-117A Nighthawk stealth jet. He features a pressure-launch missile launcher that becomes his right arm in robot mode. His non-loaded missiles can be stored in clips on the undersides of his wings.
The one difference with Aero Raid is that he comes with an extra decal sheet (click to check it out), giving you some customization options, including "battle damage" markings.
