Jeffrey Combs (born September 9, 1954) is an American film and voice actor. A horror movie icon, Combs is well known as Herbert West in the Re-Animator trilogy, along with countless other horror films. Combs is also known for playing a variety of characters on multiple Star Trek TV series, most notably recurring Deep Space 9 villain Weyoun. With his feet in both the horror and science-fiction worlds, as well as outside the two popular genres, Combs enjoys a diverse and varied fanbase.
Among many voice acting roles, he has voiced the Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures and LEGO DC Super-Villains, the Question in Justice League Unlimited, the Rat King in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Gyrus Krinkle in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, The Leader in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Brainiac in Injustice 2 and HP Lovecraft in several animated HP Lovecraft films.
