Keiichi Noda (野田圭一 Noda Keiichi) is a veteran Japanese voice actor who was born on September 16, 1943 in Yamaguchi, Japan. In the world of anime, Noda is perhaps most famous for providing narration work. A lot of narration work. He's narrated such popular shows as the original Devilman and Tigermask series and different incarnations of the Mazinger and Cyborg 009 franchises. As a character voice actor, some of his best known roles include Tetsuya Tsurugi in Great Mazinger and as 008 in the 1968 version of Cyborg 009 and 002 in the 1979 version.
In the world of dubbing, he's voiced Al (Anthony Frank) in the Nihon TV version of The Blob (bafflingly retitled "McQueen's Ultimate Crisis" for the Japanese market), Eugene Grizzard (Gene Wilder) in the TV Asahi version of Bonnie and Clyde, and HAL9000 in the Tokyo Broadcasting System version of 2010: The Year We Make Contact.
