Macro-restraining harness

The macro-restraining harness is a Nebulan restraining device. It maintains its captives' life functions but keeps them inert, unless the controller desires them to be conscious.

Zarak kept Galen, Duros, Gort, Arcana, and Stylor restrained in the macro-restraining harness after they were defeated in battle. Llyra came to see Galen, and he was allowed to become conscious to converse with Llyra and Zarak.

Later, Zarak, aghast at the seeping influence of Scorponok's mind, activated Galen to speak to again. Realizing that Galen need to be freed, Zarak knocked out Krunk, who was controlling the harness, and released the harness's grip on the Autobot Headmasters. Brothers in Armor!!
