While Quickslinger can draw a gun real fast, she is, in the words of her old drill sergeant Kup, "confused about a lot of stuff." Whether or not this stuff includes gender roles is unknown.
About eight hundred stellar cycles ago, the Autobot who would be known as Quickslinger attended Autobot boot camp, ending up in the same class as Hot Rod, Blaster, and Skram. Their teacher was Kup, who took note of her gunslinging skills and gave her the name Quickslinger. The AllSpark Almanac II
