Randolph Heard

Randolph Heard is an American animation writer who served as story editor and writer on Transformers: Cyberverse. Among the other shows he's worked on are The Tick, Celebrity Deathmatch, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, and the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
