I know some of you got out, but I didn't see any pictures. *pout* So I'm going to give you an extra week on this first Scavenger Hunt. So lets see if we can get some pictures up by Monday April 12th. :) I'm all done with mine, but I'm not planning on walking much this week because I need to hit the gym.

2nd topic of business. Does anyone else want to post a list? Or a challenge of any kind? 20minutes of work out video you did? Cleaning project you tackled indoors? My doctor told me on the first day that housework counts as exercise. Fatsecret.com even has an entry for housework in their exercise tracking section!

I packed it all up and went to Mom's on Saturday night after work. We had chinese at the best place in northern Iowa and then walked it off around Iowa Falls. By the time we got back home it was too dark to take a picture of Mom's big tree, so I cheated a tad by taking that pic on Sunday after church.

I actually took a second walk today. This time with Tonia and Sara. I forgot to take a picture on the walk, we were too busy talking, but I took one afterward as we sat on Tonia's "veranda" and drank a diet coke.

And this is just bonus cuteness. Samantha Jane, Tonia's beautiful niece who was two last week.

It has FINALLY gotten nice enough to walk outside in these parts. So when we got up on Monday morning, Tonia and I decided we just couldn't bear to hide ourselves away in the basement of the YWCA, so we hit the bike trail. It is a nice wide paved path that runs along a highway, but in the summer is screened with trees. Now the trees are barely looking like they're ready to bud, but it was so nice to just be out in the sunshine!
