I have NOT applied the listed parameter settings to the rtw89 modules, and wifi seems to be working fine. (I think I did turn off power saving for the card to stop dropouts, but still need to confirm that setting is still applied.) I am currently on kernel 6.10.10. The linked forum post does suggest fixes would be applied to kernel 6.3.5/6.4.

- I flagged that section for now. Make sure to test how it handles a continous stream of data to be sure. For me the issue popped up in the archiso when I was rsyncing my other installation over and it kept happening after a specific amount of data was received. Also, do verify that the wifi card is the same by comparing PCI IDs.
- I can't test right now because I hate rebooting my devices and I will wait until the next opportunity (like a fatal gpu hang). NetSysFire (talk) 03:27, 2 October 2024 (UTC)
- I still get bad firmware issues without these kernel parameters. NetSysFire (talk) 13:46, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
