Just created aur package for systemd because the lack of support of the current package. The package is located at: [2] Needs testing of course although working for me.

Alternatively, the commands previously placed in rc.local,

modprobe radeon

echo OFF > /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch

can be moved to /etc/profile.d/yourscript.sh

I recently switched to FOSS radeon driver and I have laptop with two ATI video cards, so currently I am researching xorg configuration and found that, in fact, there is support for the redering on a second card not attached to video according to feature matrix.
