My experience with the fingerprint reader is that it fails to work on bootup, but then starts working once the user account has logged in, including for future logins, as long as the system has not been restarted.

Has anyone actually managed to get the MIPI camera working on this laptop? I suspect that the webcam information here was copied from somewhere else. Installing the AUR package recommended by the page does not work for me. Supertrianguloid (talk) 12:30, 13 June 2024 (UTC)

Yeah I got it working, but never with the AUR packages, only by following the DKMS instructions here: https://github.com/intel/ipu6-drivers and only with kernel 6.5. doesn't mean it doesn't work with more recent versions, I just haven't tried because I didn't want to break anything.
