Easy to use. Appearance > Delete Themes. I’ve taken over a WP install that someone who had no idea what they were doing about anything computer related, and there were about 200 themes installed. Way too much work to delete one by one or through FTP. This I was able to simply go through and select all I wanted to delete and hit a delete button.
