Hi @afillbrandt
The basic version of Jetpack social is indeed free. It includes:
- Schedule posts
- Unlimited shares to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Nextdoor & Tumblr
- Recycle content
The paid version adds the following features:
- Priority support
- Upload custom images or videos with your posts
- Automatically generate images for posts
You can see more here: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-social/
But ill you have to tell your plugin.
When I install it, it redirects me to your website. There I have to choose a plan and โSocialโ costs about 5 EUR per month. If I select โfreeโ at the bottom, everything stops and I have to manually go back to my blog.
I have to correct myself. You must have a WordPress account / Jetpack account. If you specify one, you can use the plugin for free.
Hi @afillbrandt
Thanks for the update, yes, you do need to have a WordPress.com account to use many Jetpack features which rely on WordPress.com architecture.
