    Good morning. I have a problem: sending test emails works fine from the backend, but emails are not reaching their destination from the frontend. I use Brevo. I have tried with different addresses. What could be the cause?

    I am glad to help.

    This could be a domain reputation issue, or maybe your site or IP are in a blacklist, or a blocklist.

    Also, check your email deliverability score here: (send a test email from Easy WP STMP > Tools to the email address provided by the tool). And you’ll get a report with issues and ways to improve.

    Also make sure you have your forms properly configured, and check with Brevo about the status of the sent emails, they could offer some insights about why they could be being rejected.

    Thanks James, case solved, it was a conflict between plugins.
