Hi @gdutton,
Glad to hear the plugin issue is sorted out.
If you run into any further issues, feel free to open a new thread and we’ll be happy to help!
Hi @arsadka ,
The “Impossible de copier le fichier” error looks like a server-side issue rather than a Jetpack bug. The web server cannot write files to the plugin directory during the update process. Since your other sites update fine, this is likely specific to this hosting environment.
The two most common causes are:
- Disk space – the server may be running low on available storage.
- File/directory permissions – the plugin directory permissions may not allow the web server user to write files.
I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and sharing these error messages with them. They will be able to check the server configuration and resolve whatever is blocking the file operations on that specific account.
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Fatal error emailHi @savingpatterns ,
Thank you for reaching out about the fatal error email after updating Jetpack.
When Jetpack updates, WordPress sometimes detects a brief error during the transition between versions (as files are reorganized) and sends a “Technical Issue” email. This is typically a one-time event that does not persist after the update completes. Your Jetpack connection is looking healthy on our end, which is a good sign.
That said, the inability to publish new products is worth investigating further, and we would mainly like to take a closer look at the error details pointing to Jetpack from that email just in case.
You can securely reach us through this contact form and include the error details there.
Looking forward to hearing from you!Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Once Good Now GarbageHi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The issue you’re describing with Stats breaking your site shouldn’t be happening, and we’d like to dig into it. Since we’d need some details about your setup to investigate properly, could you reach out to us directly via our contact form? That way we can look into your specific site and get to the bottom of this.
We’d love the chance to make this right.

Hi @omarrrr ,
Thanks for reporting this, and thanks to the community members for the helpful suggestions above.
We wanted to check in and see if you’ve had a chance to try the workaround of only adding new images via the mobile app and adjusting alignment afterward on desktop. Is the issue still happening for you?
If it is, a few details would help us look into this further:
- Which version of the WordPress app are you using (iOS or Android)?
- What version of WordPress is your site running?
- Which theme is active on your site?
Sometimes a theme conflict can cause unexpected behavior when the mobile editor re-saves post content, so it would also be worth testing with a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Five) to see if the alignment is still stripped after a mobile update.
You can also contact us via this contact form, if you’d like to continue the conversation privately. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] What captcha can I use?Hi @engineerlaura,
Configuring a different CAPTCHA (other than Google reCAPTCHA) would require custom code changes, which unfortunately falls outside what we’re able to help with through our support channels.
That said, the built-in Google reCAPTCHA option is a solid choice for tackling the spam and fake submissions you’ve been dealing with, and it’s quick to set up.
You can find more details in our setup guide here: Setting up WP Job Manager – reCAPTCHA Settings
If you do need a non-Google CAPTCHA solution specifically, you’d want to work with a developer who can integrate it for you. Our Custom Development page has some helpful pointers on that.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi @moniquenamie ,

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] sincronizzazione completaCiao @marinabaciocc01,

Hi @olikanagold77,
No need to apologize at all! This is a tricky issue and we really appreciate your patience trying everything we suggest.
I know @chatoxz asked earlier about checking your WordPress.com login, but I want to circle back on one specific detail since it works on
es.olikana.comanden.olikana.combut notolikana.com. Each subsite has its own Jetpack connection, and they can be linked to different WordPress.com accounts.Could you check this on
olikana.com?- In your WP Admin for olikana.com, go to Jetpack > Dashboard and scroll to the bottom. Note the email address shown in the Connection section.
- Open a new tab and go to https://wordpress.com/me/account. Check the email shown there.
- Are they the same email? If not, that could be the issue. Log out of WordPress.com, log back in with the email from step 1, then try adding the Instagram block again.
Also, you mentioned having a plugin that changes the admin URL. Could you temporarily deactivate that plugin before trying the Instagram connection?
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [Jetpack Social] Jetpack cannot find Facebook AccountHi @tflanagan01 ,
Thanks for the update! When you say “one personal facebook page,” we want to make sure we’re talking about the same thing. Jetpack Social can only connect to a Facebook Page (like a business, brand, or creator page), not a personal Facebook profile. You’d also need to make sure your personal Facebook profile has admin rights to that Page for Jetpack to find it.
I also ran a quick check on your site and noticed the Jetpack connection itself is showing some errors on our end. This could be contributing to the issue. While you’re working on this from Facebook side, could you also try fully reinstalling Jetpack using the steps here?
That should give you a fresh connection, and once that’s done, try connecting to Facebook again. Let us know how it goes!
