Bubble is a no-code platform that simplifies the process of developing and launching apps and businesses. When coupled with CData Connect AI, you gain effortless no-code access to Adobe Analytics data for streamlined app development. This article guides you through the integration process from Bubble to Adobe Analytics using CData Connect AI.
CData Connect AI provides a pure cloud-to-cloud OData interface for Adobe Analytics data that allows you to integrate from Bubble to Adobe Analytics data in real time.
To work with Adobe Analytics data from Bubble, we need to connect to Adobe Analytics from Connect AI, provide user access to the connection, and create a Workspace for the Adobe Analytics data.
CData Connect AI uses a straightforward, point-and-click interface to connect to data sources.
Adobe Analytics uses the OAuth authentication standard. To authenticate using OAuth, create an app to obtain the OAuthClientId, OAuthClientSecret, and CallbackURL connection properties. See the "Getting Started" section of the help documentation for a guide.
GlobalCompanyId is a required connection property. If you do not know your Global Company ID, you can find it in the request URL for the users/me endpoint on the Swagger UI. After logging into the Swagger UI Url, expand the users endpoint and then click the GET users/me button. Click the Try it out and Execute buttons. Note your Global Company ID shown in the Request URL immediately preceding the users/me endpoint.
Report Suite ID (RSID) is also a required connection property. In the Adobe Analytics UI, navigate to Admin -> Report Suites and you will get a list of your report suites along with their identifiers next to the name.
After setting the GlobalCompanyId, RSID and OAuth connection properties, you are ready to connect to Adobe Analytics.
π Configuring a connection (Salesforce is shown)When connecting to Connect AI through the REST API, the OData API, or the Virtual SQL Server, a Personal Access Token (PAT) is used to authenticate the connection to Connect AI. It is best practice to create a separate PAT for each service to maintain granularity of access.
After connecting to Adobe Analytics, create a workspace for your desired table(s).
With the connection, PAT, and Workspace configured, you are ready to connect to Adobe Analytics data from Bubble.
With OData endpoints added to Connect AI, you can build an app in Bubble with live access to Adobe Analytics data.
To start, Configure the API Connector for accessing CData Connect AI from Bubble.
With the API Connector configure, you are ready to retrieve Adobe Analytics data in your Bubble app. In this article, we request the data with a UI component that can display an Excel-like table.
At this point, you can develop applications with live access to Adobe Analytics data without needing to know the complexities of the back-end API.
Now you have a direct connection to live Adobe Analytics data from Bubble. You can create more Adobe Analytics-connected apps β all without writing any code or replicating Adobe Analytics data.
To get live data access to hundreds of SaaS, Big Data, and NoSQL sources directly from your cloud applications, see the CData Connect AI.
