UiPath is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform with rich features and an easy-to-use UI that enables non-developers to create process automation. By using UiPath Studio, you can build an RPA program just like drawing a diagram. With the CData ODBC Driver for Oracle Eloqua Reporting, users can embed Oracle Eloqua Reporting data in the workflow.
This article explains how to use the Oracle Eloqua Reporting ODBC Driver in UiPath Studio to create an RPA program that accesses Oracle Eloqua Reporting data.
π Using the CData ODBC Data Sources in UiPathIf you have not already, first specify connection properties in an ODBC DSN (data source name). This is the last step of the driver installation. You can use the Microsoft ODBC Data Source Administrator to create and configure ODBC DSNs.
Oracle Eloqua Reporting supports the following authentication methods:
To perform authentication with a user and password, specify these properties:
To authenticate with the OAuth code grant flow, you must set AuthScheme to OAuth and create a custom OAuth application. For information about how to create a custom OAuth application, see the Help documentation.
Then set the following properties:
When you connect, the driver opens Oracle Eloqua Reporting's OAuth endpoint in your default browser. Log in and grant permissions to the application. When the access token expires, the driver refreshes it automatically.
With the OAuth password grant flow, you can use your OAuth application's credentials alongside your user credentials to authenticate without the need to grant permission manually via a browser prompt. You must create an OAuth app (see the Help documentation) to use this authentication method.
Set the following properties:
Now you are ready to use Oracle Eloqua Reporting data ODBC DSN in UiPath Studio with the following steps.
With the connection configured, we are ready to query Oracle Eloqua Reporting data in our RPA.
With the Connection and Execute Query activities configured, we are ready to add a Write CSV activity to the Flowchart to replicate the Oracle Eloqua Reporting data.
If they are not already connected, connect each Activity that you created to complete the RPA project for extracting Oracle Eloqua Reporting data and exporting it to CSV.
π Connect each Activity in the FlowchartClick Run to extract Oracle Eloqua Reporting data and create a CSV file.

π Oracle Eloqua Reporting IconThe Oracle Eloqua Reporting ODBC Driver is a powerful tool that allows you to connect with live data from Oracle Eloqua Reporting, directly from any applications that support ODBC connectivity.
Access Oracle Eloqua Reporting data like you would a database - read, write, and update Oracle Eloqua Reporting 0, etc. through a standard ODBC Driver interface.
