This article illustrates using the Jira ADO.NET Data Provider within a SQL Server SSIS workflow for the direct transfer of Jira data to a Microsoft SQL Server database. In the Data Flow screen, add an ADO.NET Source and an OLE DB Destination from the toolbox.

To connect to JIRA, provide the User and Password. Additionally, provide the Url; for example, https://yoursitename.atlassian.net.
