The CData JDBC Driver for Qualaroo seamlessly integrates Qualaroo data into database management tools like DBArtisan by enabling you to access Qualaroo data as a database. This article shows how to create a JDBC source for Qualaroo in DBArtisan. You can then edit data visually and execute standard SQL.
Follow the steps below to register Qualaroo data as a database instance in your project:
Qualaroo uses HTTP Basic Authentication to control access to the API. You will need your API Key and API Secret, which can be found under Account Details > Reporting API in the Qualaroo dashboard.
After setting the following connection properties, you are ready to connect:
Profile=C:\profiles\Qualaroo.apip;AuthScheme=Basic;User=your_api_key;Password=your_api_secret;
For assistance in constructing the JDBC URL, use the connection string designer built into the Qualaroo JDBC Driver. Either double-click the JAR file or execute the jar file from the command-line.
java -jar cdata.jdbc.api.jar
Fill in the connection properties and copy the connection string to the clipboard.

jdbc:api:Profile=C:\profiles\Qualaroo.apip;AuthScheme=Basic;User=your_api_key;Password=your_api_secret;
You can now work with Qualaroo data as you work with any other database. See the driver help documentation for more information on the queries supported by the Qualaroo API.
