The CData JDBC Driver for SAP HANA seamlessly integrates SAP HANA data into database management tools like DBArtisan by enabling you to access SAP HANA data as a database. This article shows how to create a JDBC source for SAP HANA in DBArtisan. You can then edit data visually and execute standard SQL.
Follow the steps below to register SAP HANA data as a database instance in your project:
Set the Server, Database and Port properties to specify the address of your SAP Hana database to interact with. Set the User and the Password properties to authenticate to the server.
For assistance in constructing the JDBC URL, use the connection string designer built into the SAP HANA JDBC Driver. Either double-click the JAR file or execute the jar file from the command-line.
java -jar cdata.jdbc.saphana.jar
Fill in the connection properties and copy the connection string to the clipboard.

jdbc:saphana:User=system;Password=mypassword;Server=localhost;Database=systemdb;
You can now work with SAP HANA data as you work with any other database. See the driver help documentation for more information on the queries supported by the SAP HANA API.
