CData JDBC drivers can be configured in JBoss by following the standard procedure for connection pooling. This article details how to access Superchat data from a connection pool in JBoss applications. This article details how to use the JBoss Management Interface to configure the CData JDBC Driver for Superchat. You will then access Superchat data from a connection pool.
Follow the steps below to add the driver JAR and define required connection properties.
java:jboss/root/jdbc/API
Enter the JDBC URL and the username and password. The syntax of the JDBC URL is jdbc:api: followed by a semicolon-separated list of connection properties.
Superchat uses API Key authentication. The API key is passed via the X-API-KEY request header on every call.
To authenticate to Superchat, you need to obtain your API key from the Superchat workspace settings.
You can obtain your API key from Settings > Integrations > API Key in your Superchat workspace.
After setting the following connection properties, you are ready to connect:
Profile=C:\profiles\Superchat.apip;AuthScheme=APIKey;ProfileSettings='APIKey=your_api_key';
For assistance in constructing the JDBC URL, use the connection string designer built into the Superchat JDBC Driver. Either double-click the JAR file or execute the jar file from the command-line.

Fill in the connection properties and copy the connection string to the clipboard.
