This course explores the science and practice of managing everyday stress to build balance, resilience, and well-being. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and evidence-based interventions, learners will understand how stress arises and learn practical strategies for self-regulation, cognitive reframing, lifestyle balance, and emotional resilience. Through experiential tasks, reflection, and live sessions, participants will develop a personalized Resilience plan for lifelong growth.

Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and evidence-based interventions, learners will understand how stress arises and learn practical strategies for self-regulation, cognitive reframing, lifestyle balance, and emotional resilience.
