This course is a great component of your preparation for the Adobe Certified Professional Print & Digital Media Publication Using Adobe InDesign exam. This course is intended for students who want to use the basic tools and features of InDesign for creating professional page layouts and designs. It's also for anyone interested in working toward the Print & Digital Media Publication Using Adobe InDesign certification. In this course, you will: navigate the InDesign interface; create a new document; customize a document using color, swatches, gradients, and styles; manage page elements; add tables; and prepare documents for deployment. This course requires that you have Adobe InDesign installed on a Windows PC. The course setup instructions provided in the first module of the course go into more detail about the hardware and software requirements.

There's a lot to discover in a design tool this robust. It's best to get familiar with the basic interface and configure Adobe® InDesign® to your needs before you dive in to creating documents.
