Frequently asked questions

The Agile Scrum Master course teaches the fundamentals of Agile project management, focusing on Scrum practices. It covers key Scrum roles, processes, and tools to help you lead teams and manage projects effectively using Agile principles.

While formal qualifications aren't mandatory, having a background in project management or experience working in Agile teams is beneficial. Many employers look for certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

To become a certified Scrum Master, you typically need to complete a recognized Scrum Master course and pass a certification exam, such as the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) exam, offered by accredited bodies.

PMP is better suited for traditional project management methodologies, while Scrum Master focuses on Agile frameworks. The choice depends on the industry and project type, with Scrum being ideal for iterative, flexible projects, and PMP for structured, long-term ones.

To access the course materials, assignments and to earn a Certificate, you will need to purchase the Certificate experience when you enroll in a course.
