This course will teach you how to apply the eight Project Performance Domains throughout the project lifecycle. By understanding these domains, you'll be equipped to effectively manage various aspects of project execution, monitoring, and control. Additionally, you will learn how to implement these domains as an integrated system. You’ll also learn how to tailor your approach, focusing on activities that drive value while recognizing those that may be less relevant in specific project contexts. These skills will help you to steer your projects towards successful outcomes, meeting stakeholders' expectations and delivering tangible results.

After completing this course, you’ll be able to: • Identify the Eight Project Performance Domains. • Apply the Eight Project Performance domains throughout a project. • Implement the domains as an integrated system to enable the successful completion of a project. • Recognize each domain will differ from project to project, with some activities proving irrelevant in some project situations. This is a great way to prepare for some useful certifications, such as PgMP - Program Management Professional from PMI, and MSP Practitioner - Managing Successful Programs from AXELOS. Note: This course is also part of the Microsoft Project Management Professional Certificate. If you've already completed this course as part of that program, your progress will be saved and will count towards your completion in this program.

In this module you’ll be introduced to Project Performance Domains and explore the Foundational Domains which focuses on two pivotal areas that are foundational to any project's success: Stakeholder Management and Team Dynamics.

Yes. We highly recommend taking the courses of each certificate program in the order they are presented. The content in the courses builds on information from earlier courses. The final course contains a practice exam that assesses your knowledge of the content covered in the previous courses. As such, it makes the most sense to take the courses in the order they are presented.

It typically takes 4 months to complete the 7 courses. However, some learners may go through the content faster.

When you complete this Professional Certificate, you’ll have an understanding of the fundamental concepts of program management and how they apply to an enterprise environment including:

· Coordinating project managers with their teams through all phases of a successful program.

· Using predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches and tailored methodologies to determine which way of working is best for each program.

· Highlighting the success of a program and its impact on overall strategic organizational goals.

You will also be prepared to complete PgMP (Program Management Professional) from PMI and MSP (Managing Successful Programs) Practitioner - from AXELOS.
