Who can join the EaseUS Referral Program?

Anyone can join! Whether you're a new or existing EaseUS user, you can become a Referrer. No purchase is required to get started.

Do I need to register or log in to an account?

No registration or login is required. Simply enter your name and email on the program page to get your referral link instantly.

Can I refer a friend who has already purchased EaseUS products?

No. To qualify for a reward, your Referred Friend must have no purchase history of any EaseUS product within the past year. If they have already purchased any EaseUS product during that period, the referral will not count as a successful referral.

If I'm already an Affiliate partner, can I still join the Referral Program?

Yes, you can join both programs. However, the same order cannot earn both Affiliate commission and Referral rewards.

Does it cost anything to join the Referral Program?

No, joining the Referral Program is completely free.

Can I create multiple Referrer accounts?

No. Each person is allowed only one Referrer account. Duplicate accounts may be flagged for fraud and all rewards will be voided.

Which products can I refer?

You can refer most EaseUS software products, including Data Recovery Wizard, Partition Master, Todo Backup, and Disk Copy. Multimedia products including RecExperts, Video Downloader, VoiceWave, Vocal Remover, Video Editor are currently not eligible.

Can I refer business or enterprise users?

Yes. If your referred friend enters their email through your referral link and purchases a Tech or business license, it will count as a valid referral — provided they meet the eligibility requirements: it must be their first purchase, the order value must be at least $15, and they must not have purchased any EaseUS product within the past year. You will receive a gift card reward based on their final order value.

If a product is not on the eligible list, can I still get a reward for referring it?

No. Only purchases of eligible products through your referral link will count toward your reward.

Can I share my referral link with colleagues, family, or classmates — not just friends?

Absolutely! You can share your link with anyone — friends, family, colleagues, or classmates. As long as they are a new customer making their first purchase of at least $15, you'll earn a reward.

How do I refer my friends?

Enter your name and email on the Referral Program page to get your unique referral link. Share that link with your friends via text, email, or social media. When they click the link and make their first purchase of at least $15, you earn a reward.

Where can I find my referral link?

Once you enter your name and email on the program page, your referral link will be displayed immediately. You can copy it right away. If you lose it, simply return to the page and re-enter your information to get it again.

What if I lose my referral link?

No worries. Just go back to the Referral Program page, enter your name and email again, and your unique referral link will be shown again.

Can I still get a reward if my friend makes a purchase without using my link?

No. To ensure the purchase is tracked and you receive your reward, your friend must click your referral link before buying. Purchases made without your link cannot be traced back to you.

If my friend downloads the software first and then buys inside the app, can it still be tracked?

Currently, in-app purchases cannot be tracked. Please ask your friend to complete the purchase on the EaseUS website using your referral link to make sure you earn your reward. We're working on supporting in-app purchase tracking soon — stay tuned!

How long is my referral link valid?

Your referral link never expires. However, the tracking cookie expires after 14 days. If your friend clicks your link but doesn't make a purchase within 14 days, the referral may not be credited to you.

If my friend clicks my link but purchases much later, can it still be tracked?

As long as your friend makes the purchase within 14 days of clicking your link, it will be tracked. If they wait longer than 14 days, you may not receive credit for the referral.

Where can I share my referral link?

You can share your link via text, email, social media, or in person — but please do not post it on public forums, coupon sites, or deal platforms. Just make sure your friend clicks the link before their first purchase.

What counts as a successful referral?

Your friend clicks your link, enters their email, and makes a first‑time purchase of at least $15 (based on the final discounted amount, excluding taxes, service fees, and other third‑party charges). They must have no EaseUS purchase in the past year, and no refund or cancellation within 30 days.

What reward do I get after successfully referring a friend?

You will receive a gift card. The amount depends on your friend's final order value — the higher their order, the bigger your reward, up to $100 per successful referral.

What discount does my Referred Friend receive?

Your Referred Friend gets 20% off their first purchase when they use your referral link. Here's how it works: they enter their email on your referral page, and the discount code appears right away — plus we'll also email it to them. They just copy the code and use it at checkout to save 20%.

If my friend doesn't use the 20% off code, will I still get the reward?

Yes. As long as your friend clicks your referral link and enters their email on the landing page, the purchase will be tracked — even if they don't use the 20% off code. You'll still receive your reward.

If my friend places an order, refunds it, and then places a new order, will I still get the reward?

No. If the original order is refunded or canceled, the reward will not be issued — even if your friend places a new order afterward.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

For account security and fraud prevention, each Referrer may refer up to 10 friends. If you have more people to refer, please contact us at [email protected], or consider joining our Affiliate Program to earn up to 60% commission per order.

Can I earn rewards for referring multiple people?

Yes. Each successful referral earns a separate reward — the more friends you refer, the more gift cards you earn. However, rewards from multiple referrals cannot be combined to redeem a single higher-value gift card.

Is the reward calculated based on the total order value or the value of the product purchased?

The reward is calculated based on the total order value after discount, excluding taxes, service fees, and other third‑party charges. If an order contains multiple products, the reward is based on the combined total.

If my friend requests a refund, will the reward still be issued?

No. The reward is only issued after a 30-day waiting period. If the order is refunded or canceled within 30 days, the reward will not be sent.

When will I receive my gift card?

Your gift card will be sent to your email after a 30-day waiting period, as long as the order has not been refunded or canceled.

What gift cards and currencies are available?

You can choose from over 800+ gift card brands across 200+ countries, including Amazon, Walmart, Starbucks, and eBay. Supported 55+ currencies include AUD, CAD, CNY, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, USD, and many more. Available options will be shown based on your region.

How do I claim and use my gift card?

After the waiting period, you'll receive an email with a link to claim your gift card. Click the link, select your preferred card type and currency, and the gift card code will be sent to you. Do gift cards expire?

The redemption link typically does not expire. However, we recommend claiming your gift card as soon as possible. Once you choose a specific gift card (like Amazon or Walmart), its expiration depends on the brand you select. Please check the details on the redemption page.

How can I check my reward history?

Currently, there is no reward history dashboard available. All reward notifications and gift card links will be sent directly to the email address you provided when you joined the Referral Program.

What if I don't receive the gift card email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, follow Tango Card's guide to resend your gift card, or contact their live chat support.

Can I exchange my gift card for cash?

No. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. If you use a different email or account to refer yourself, the system will detect it (via IP, device ID, or payment info) and all related rewards will be canceled.

Why was my reward canceled?

Your reward may be canceled if the referred order is refunded or canceled within 30 days, or if the system detects self-referral, multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity.

Can I create multiple accounts to earn more rewards?

No. Each person is allowed only one Referrer account. Creating multiple accounts using different emails or devices is considered fraud and will result in all rewards being voided and accounts being suspended.

If many friends make purchases through my link, will my account be reviewed for unusual activity?

Normal referral activity is welcome. However, if you refer an unusually high number of friends in a short period, the system may flag your account for manual review to ensure all referrals are genuine.

How can I make sure my referrals are not flagged as fraud?

Only share your link with real people, avoid using fake emails or multiple accounts, do not post your link on public coupon or deal forums, and do not offer incentives for clicks or purchases — following these rules will help ensure your account is not flagged for fraud.

If my friend uses fake information to place an order, will I be affected?

Yes. If your Referred Friend uses fake or fraudulent information to place an order, the order will be invalid, and you will not receive a reward. Repeated incidents may also affect your account status.

Can I use the same device to log in to multiple Referrer accounts?

No. Each person is limited to one Referrer account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, they may be flagged as fraud and rewards may be canceled.

Can I post my referral link on public coupon or deal forums?

No. Posting referral links on public coupon or deal forums is not allowed and may result in account suspension.
