The advantage of EGroupware over conventional office solutions is enormous. In a local network, “isolated solutions” often isolate your employees and force them into time-consuming email communication. EGroupware instead forms the control centre for your bundled information and team communication.

Centralise information

Coordinating an event in Munich, distributing tasks for it in Frankfurt, accessing current office documents in Hamburg, sharing knowledge and information – all this is daily business today. Link your relevant information (files, emails, tasks, tickets) with your contacts using EGroupware. This way you bundle the information centrally, but can access it with all employees in parallel.

Automatic linking is the key

Tasks or contact data – what you work on in the CRM view is saved in the address book, infologue or calendar. The software integrates various applications and thus perfectly links your customer data.

Work where you want

To access your control centre of information, all you need is internet access. This eliminates the need for cumbersome software installation on company laptops.

Design CRM processes

On the one hand, map your CRM processes with address book categories or address books and associated guidelines. On the other hand, create special CRM types, statuses and data fields in Infolog (task management). The CRM view of the organisation links the contact information with the CRM processes in Infolog. The adaptability of EGroupware supports both your sales processes and the communication with your customers in general.

Template documents and reports in the sales process

All data entered in the CRM process can be further used in a targeted manner via template documents with placeholders. Editing or saving as a PDF is again done directly in Online Office. In this way, you can write offers or invoices directly from EGroupware, send them and document them in the CRM. Of course, you can also insert this information into your reports and evaluate them.
