You only pay for team members you add to the Schedule for resourcing.
Have people who donβt need to be scheduled? You can add them as guests for free. Theyβll still be able to view the schedule, log in, and access other features.
Yes. You can add or remove scheduled users as needed. Removing someone frees up a seat.
Need more seats? Account Owners and Billing Admins can add them anytime. New seats are charged immediately and prorated based on the time left in your billing cycle.

At the end of the trial, you can choose whichever plan you like. All of your data stays intact.
Your data will be saved for 6 months so that you can return anytime. If you prefer to leave, you can delete your account, and all data will be removed.
