In July 2022, Virtusa conducted an On-Campus recruitment drive for our college. The recruitment drive aimed to hire for two roles.
The recruitment process consisted of three rounds:
I was able to solve all MCQ's, 3 coding questions (from regular coder section) and 1 coding questions (from power coder section).
just the day after the online test (aptitude round), I received an email from our college Training and Placement Officer informing me of my selection for the Regular Coder role. The email also mentioned that my interview was scheduled five days later.
Total candidate applied for Aptitude Round were 175 and only 33 candidates were shortlisted for further rounds.
During the Technical Interview, First interviewer asked me to introduce myself. Then I was asked about my preferred programming language, so i replied Python. They also inquired about the programming languages I had encountered during my Computer Science course. After this, the interviewer began asking me a series of questions which are listed below: ( The interview lasted for 20 minutes )
After technical round they selected 10 candidates out of 33 for next round.
Later that night, I received an email from the college TPO confirming my selection.
