As long as you have a capable device required for 4G/5G speeds, our high-speed data will always attempt 4G/5G speeds, but certain locations or network conditions may not have 4G/5G speeds available.
In that case, we will use 3G data. Both 4G/5G & 3G data speeds count towards your included high speed data. Download speeds max of 8Mpbs 4Mbps (4G/5G). Videos stream at DVD Quality (480p).

Each H2O Wireless Monthly Unlimited Plan includes unlimited international talk to 100+ Countries, unlimited text to any country in the world and up to $5 international talk credit depending on the plan you select. 1. Make sure you have sufficient balance or an international calling plan on your H2O Wireless account.
2. To call a phone in another country, dial 011, and then the code for the country you are calling, the area or city code, and the phone number. For example, if you are trying to call someone in Brazil (country code 55), in the city of Rio de Janeiro (city code 21), you would dial 011 - 55 - 21 - XXXX-XXXX
We offer 3 options; USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days), FedEx 2nd Day (2 business days) and FedEx Standard Overnight (next business day – afternoon).
International Roaming allows your H2O mobile service to place calls, send text & picture messages and use data while traveling outside of the United States. H2O Unlimited plans include a free International Roaming credit, H2O 12-Month plans require the purchase of an International Roaming top up. Yes, 5G is included with all monthly plans. To use 5G, you must have a 5G capable device and be in a 5G coverage area.

Multi-Line promotion is limited time and only available using the features of the $50 H2O Wireless Monthly Unlimited Plan. All lines are required to be on the same account. Each line must be a new line of service; existing customers do not qualify for the Multi-Line promotion. Offer cannot be combined with any other service plan offers. Activations of all lines must be completed online or through customer service. All lines on Multi-Line plan must be activated before service starts. Not eligible for H2O rewards program. Customers will receive the promotional price after the offer period ends. If one line in a Multi-Line plan is canceled, the plan balance of the canceled line is immediately forfeited, and remaining lines will no longer be part of the Multi-Line promotion; remaining lines must pay the full $50 monthly plan rate upon the plan expiration to continue the same service.
