Everything You Need to Know About Shipping

Whether you need your prints delivered to your door or prefer a quick in-store pickup, we offer flexible shipping options to fit your timeline and budget. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping services, including flat-rate delivery regions, pickup hours, transit times, and key terms and conditions. We have also answered some of your frequently asked questions at the bottom of this page to help you place your order with confidence.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • We offer convenient flat-rate shipping for orders that meet the following requirements. Please make sure that your postal code and address are eligible before selecting this option.
  • This offer applies to all products that are up to 36" x 36" in size, including:
    • All Signs: Yard Signs, A-Frame Signs, Parking Signs, For Sale Signs, Sandwich Boards, Insert Signs, and Directional Signs
    • All Marketing Materials: Business Cards, Postcards, Feature Sheets, Rack Cards, Flyers, Brochures, Door Hangers, Menus, Tickets and Presentation Folders
    • All Invitations & Stationery: Bookmarks, Greeting Cards, Carbonless Forms, Letterheads, Envelopes, and Notepads
    • All Banners: Vinyl Banners, Mesh Banners, Double-Sided Banners, Pole Banners, and Retractable Banners
    • Car Signs: Car Magnets, Car Door Decals, Car Window Decals, License Plates, and Bumper Stickers
    • All Closing Signs: Giant Key Signs, Giant Checks, and Selfie Frames
  • Flat-rate shipping is not available for commercial signs, hardware, and accessories. For larger and more complex orders, please contact customer support to find an appropriate shipping solution.
  • Please also note that:
    • Flat-rate shipping does not cover losses caused by delays. Once a package is shipped, the courier is responsible for any delays.
    • For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend choosing our free in-store pickup option.
    • Eligibility is based on your postal code, not your city, as some remote postal zones may be excluded.

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (EST)

Important Reminders:

  • If you wish to switch from shipping to pickup, you should submit your request by 2:00 PM (EST). Have your order or invoice number ready when making the request.
  • You may also use your own courier to pick up your order.
  • Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of the scheduled pickup date will be disposed of.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Production & Shipping Times

  • Production time or turnaround time is not the same as shipping time. They are separate.
  • Production begins only after payment is processed and print files are approved.
  • Each product has a different turnaround time that is listed directly on the product page. For a more in-depth explanation of turnaround time, please visit our Production Time page.
  • Delays may occur due to file issues, billing problems, reuploads, and holds. These may affect both production and shipping timelines.

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) on Fridays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Certain products may have different cut-off times due to extra processing requirements.
  • For same-day shipping, if available, orders must be placed before the posted cut-off time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to:
    • PO Boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses
    • Certain remote regions
  • Flat-rate shipping is not available for northern areas.
  • Please always confirm your shipping address is eligible to avoid delays.

Estimated Delivery Dates

  • While we always aim to meet the estimated completion date, it is important to note that exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Turnaround times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Local Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times cannot be scheduled for a specific day or hour.
  • Local deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Deliveries are limited to ground floors or building lobbies.
  • If the delivery driver cannot park safely, your order will be returned to our facility for pickup.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Any issue that occurs after the product is shipped will be the responsibility of the shipping courier.
  • For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, please contact the shipping company directly.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to delivery failure, additional charges for return or reshipping will be billed to the customer.
  • To avoid delays or extra costs, always double-check that your shipping address is correct.

No Partial Shipments

  • We do not allow partial shipments.
  • Orders will be held until all items are ready and shipped together in one package.

Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the terms of our shipping service or policy without prior notice.

Packaging & Flat Rate Eligibility

To qualify for flat-rate shipping:

  • All items in your order must be similar in type and size
  • Items must fit into a single standard box (maximum 36" x 36")
  • Orders containing mixed product types, like a combination of signs and banners or oversized items, may require multiple boxes and will not qualify for flat-rate shipping
  • Flat-rate shipping applies only to individual orders that meet the criteria on their own. Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for flat-rate shipping.

No. Shipping time refers only to the transit after your order has been produced and does not include turnaround time. Production timelines vary by product and are listed on individual product pages.
Flat-rate shipping means you pay one fixed shipping fee regardless of your order’s size or weight. Please note that to be eligible, your order must fall within the pre-defined product and packaging criteria.
Not always. Flat-rate shipping is available for a limited time in select postal codes across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.
Typically, orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days under the flat-rate service. However, actual delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Yes! We ship to all Canadian provinces and most U.S. states.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to follow your delivery.
Changes are only possible before your order enters production and while it is still being processed. Contact us as soon as possible to see if an address update is still possible.
No. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.
