A Blue Pepper is a consumable item that appears only in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. When used, it inflicts the SPD-Up status to all characters in battle. It is the speed-based counterpart to the Red Peppers and Green Peppers. Unlike the red and green varieties, however, Blue Peppers do not appear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
