The Cellular Shopper is an item in Mario Party 3, Super Mario Party Jamboree and its Nintendo Switch 2 port. It allows the user to buy an item from an Item Shop directly from either Toad or Baby Bowser (in Mario Party 3) or the red-shelled Koopa Troopa (in Jamboree) from anywhere on the board. It costs five coins to buy at Toad's shop in Mario Party 3, where it is also Princess Daisy's favorite item. In Super Mario Party Jamboree, the Cellular Shopper can be obtained from an Item Bag, an Item Space, by stealing a Cellular Shopper from another player with a Plunder Chest, or by copying one while having Yoshi as a Jamboree Buddy. It is also one of the possible starting items in Pro Rules. The player cannot call the shop on the final turn, and the game will state that the shop is closed and no one is picking up if it is used.
