interest in Bancroft, Ontario really only started last summer at the
meeting...about the origin and mineralogy of the carbonatitelike deposits in the Bancroft area. Although I live...live in an area
underlain by thousands of square miles of sedimentary rock, the
interest in such an unusual...unusual mineralogical area was kindled from a
visit to Magnet Cove over a decade ago.
This report will focus...focus on the good, bad and ugly. How did the
plan unfold? What went right and wrong? What would I do

Eugene E. Foord by Petr Cernjr and colleagues (tern9 et
al. 1988). This monoclinic tin...alluvial pebble
from Lutsiro, Sebeya River, Rwanda, and also from
Punia, Zaire. Naming of this mineral after...contributions to the
study of granitic pegmatites and niobium-tantalum-tin
minerals.
